This is everything: The Walking Revolution!

Going from health, sustainable and urban planning problems of a sedentary life and the car-oriented society we live in in most countries; to the enormous benefits and pleasures of walking and also some good examples of walking built infrastructures, like the High Line in NYC, this video is literally everything! It is from Everybody Walks campaign and this is what me and them lastly have to say: 

Take 30 minutes to watch the film then, take a 30 minute walk. It will be the best hour of the day.

It wasn't my first time in Lugano last February, but it's always a pleasure.

Lugano is pretty much all the loveliness you can expect from a small alpine town in Switzerland with the mountains, luckily covered with snow, and that huge beautiful lake.

The thing is: how love is explained to us is all very fairytale - "love is perfect, is beautiful, is divine". But actually when you fall in love it makes you feel very sick: your tummy turns upside down, you get headache and you can't eat properly and you can't sleep and it's like, oh, this is love? Oh no!... But in a weird way, it's kinda nice.
